Realiseer jij je wat je eet en wat hiervan het effect is op je kracht, gezondheid en prestaties? Iedereen weet dat je goed moet eten om een betere wielrenner te worden, maar er is nog veel onduidelijkheid omtrent welk voedsel het best is. Deze blog post legt je uit wat je het best kunt eten als ontbijt en tijdens een rit.<\/p>\n<p>Eet vooral niet geraffineerde voeding zoals bananen of cornflakes. Deze voeding houd je bloedsuiker voor uren stabiel. Probeer snoeprepen en andere zoetigheden te vermijden in de ochtend, omdat ze ervoor zorgen dat je bloedsuiker heel snel stijgt voor een korte periode. Daarnaast zal je verlangen naar snoep gedurende de dag enorm afnemen als je minder snoepgoed en snoeprepen zal eten.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Wat moet ik eten en drinken tijdens het fietsen?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Het hangt op de eerste plek af van de zwaarte van je rit. Ik adviseer je om elk uur wat te eten als je bezig bent met een zware rit. Je kunt het best bananen, vijgen, gels en repen eten. Daarnaast kun je het best sport dranken met isotonen drinken in plaats van water.
