Hoe lang moet je fietsen om een pannenkoek te verbranden? Erg handig om te weten als je wilt afvallen of juist op gewicht wilt blijven. Want zoals in een <a href=\"https:\/\/tdsportswear.com\/nl\/sneller-vet-verbranden-met-wielrennen\/\">vorige blog over vet verbranden<\/a> is beschreven, moet je om af te vallen simpelweg minder kcal binnen krijgen dan je verbruikt. Meten is weten zeg ik maar zo. Lees vandaag in deze blog hoeveel calorie\u00ebn jij eigenlijk verbrand tijdens het wielrennen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Waar hangt het aantal verbrandde calorie\u00ebn van af?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Het hangt met name af van:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Je gewicht<\/li>\n<li>Het geslacht<\/li>\n<li>De intensiteit van je activiteit<\/li>\n<li>Je leeftijd<\/li>\n<li>En de duur van de inspanning<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Hoeveel calorie\u00ebn verbrand ik tijdens het wielrennen?<\/h2>\n<p>Iemand van 70 kilo die 25 km\/u fietst verbrandt ongeveer 700 kilocalorie\u00ebn per uur. Maar hoe bereken je je verbranding als je niet 70 kilo weegt en met een andere snelheid fietst? Nou dat gaat als volgt. De volgende formule geeft een goede schatting:<\/p>\n<p><em>Het totaal aantal verbrande calorie\u00ebn = Duur van je activiteit in minuten x (MET x 3.5 x gewicht in kg) \/200<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Het <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/site\/compendiumofphysicalactivities\/\">MET-nummer<\/a> (oftewel: Metabolic Equivalent for Task) schat hoeveel energie je lichaam verbruikt bij een specifieke activiteit. Fiets je gemiddeld 28 kilometer per uur? Dan is je MET 12. En heb je een rondje van 60 minuten gefietst met een gemiddelde van 32 kilometer per uur? Dan ziet de formule er als volgt uit:<\/p>\n<p><em>Het totaal aantal verbrande calorie\u00ebn = 60 x (15.8 x 3.5 x gewicht in kg) \/200<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Wat neerkomt op: 1327.0 Kcal (!)<\/p>\n<p>Gelukkig zijn er tegenwoordig ook een hoop apps (Strava, Garmin, Tacx, Swift, etc.) die eenvoudig een schatting geven van je verbruik in calorie\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoeveel calorie\u00ebn verbrand je eigenlijk tijdens het wielrennen?
