Fabrics

Abrasion Resistant

The piece of fabric on the inside of the thighs is black and non-printable because it needs to be highly abrasion-resistant for a longer lifespan of the pants. It consists of 80% polyamide and 20% elastane, ensuring that the pants stay beautiful even after thousands of kilometers. The drawback of printable fabric is that it quickly pills when rubbed against the saddle and thighs. That's why, like other brands, we use a strong and non-printable material of the highest Italian quality to extend the lifespan.

The chamois is called the Aria Tirolo and is the same chamois worn by top teams such as Visma, Ineos, and others. This series is specially developed for long distances, particularly for serious cyclists. The padding is composed of high-density open-cell foam of 20 KPa and has a total thickness of 16 mm. By perforating the foam with 1 mm holes, breathability is significantly increased, allowing air to circulate better through the padding, providing a pleasant feeling of freshness, and allowing the padding to dry faster than other traditional products.
