Custom Delivery Terms
Version effective from 10 July 2026
At TD Sportswear, we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. More than 98% of our orders are delivered within the communicated delivery time.
However, custom-made production remains dependent on factors such as material availability, production capacity, quality control, suppliers, carriers, customs and force majeure. As a result, production and delivery schedules may change during the manufacturing process.
These delivery terms are intended to clearly explain in advance what you can expect from us and to allow you to determine whether the risk of a possible delay is acceptable for your specific situation. This is particularly important if your clothing is intended for a race, event, exhibition, presentation or any other fixed deadline.
Start of production and delivery time
Production and delivery time only begin once:
- full payment has been received;
- all required sizes, designs, logos and other necessary information have been supplied correctly;
- any required design approval has been completed;
- all information required for production is complete.
If information is missing or changes after submission, the production and delivery schedule may be adjusted accordingly.
Estimated delivery times
All delivery times communicated by TD Sportswear are estimates. This applies to Standard, Express and Super Express delivery options.
The stated delivery times do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
The production schedule may change during manufacturing due to, for example:
- delayed or unavailable materials;
- limited production capacity;
- additional quality inspections;
- production errors that first need to be corrected;
- supplier delays;
- customs inspections;
- transport delays or carrier errors;
- force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.
All communication, estimates and expected production, shipment or delivery dates provided by TD Sportswear or its employees are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee or legally binding commitment.
Deadlines and events
We understand that custom sportswear is often ordered for an important occasion, such as a race, event, exhibition, presentation, trip or team activity.
We always take the requested deadline into account during our production planning and do our best to meet it. However, a requested deadline does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
Before placing an order, the customer is responsible for determining whether the risk of a possible delay is acceptable for their specific situation.
If your deadline cannot tolerate any delivery risk whatsoever, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance.
Production updates
TD Sportswear produces thousands of custom-made garments simultaneously.
For this reason, it is not possible to proactively provide individual production updates for every order throughout the manufacturing process.
You are welcome to contact us at any time to request the latest status of your order. Please understand that during production, a custom-made order consists of printed fabric panels, production bundles and multiple manufacturing stages. As a result, it is not always possible to provide an exact production status or definitive shipping date at every moment.
Any interim production status or expected shipping date therefore remains indicative.
Express and Super Express
Customers may choose Express or Super Express delivery for an additional surcharge.
With these options, we reserve and prioritize additional production capacity in an effort to produce and deliver your order more quickly.
Express and Super Express delivery times are also estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
If the selected Express or Super Express delivery time is not achieved, only the paid Express surcharge will be refunded.
A delayed Express or Super Express order does not entitle the customer to cancel the order, receive a full refund, claim damages or request reimbursement of additional costs, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Consequences of delayed delivery
A delayed delivery does not entitle the customer to:
- cancellation of the custom-made order;
- a refund of the full purchase amount;
- compensation for damages;
- reimbursement of emergency clothing purchases;
- reimbursement of replacement products;
- reimbursement of printing or decoration costs;
- reimbursement of courier costs;
- reimbursement of internal labour costs;
- reimbursement of loss of revenue;
- reimbursement of consequential damages;
- reimbursement of claims or costs from third parties.
This applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Cancellation and returns
All custom-made garments are produced specifically for each individual customer and cannot be resold.
Once production has started, a custom-made order can no longer be cancelled or returned unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Before placing your order, please carefully verify:
- the design;
- the selected products;
- the quantities;
- the sizes;
- the names and numbers;
- the billing address;
- the delivery address;
- the requested deadline.
Shipping
Shipping costs apply to every order. The applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout or included in your quotation.
If your order needs to be delivered to multiple addresses, shipping costs will be charged separately for each delivery address.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email when it becomes available from the carrier.
Delivery times after shipment depend on the carrier, destination country, customs procedures and other logistical circumstances.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the recipient's absence or any other customer-related cause, additional shipping costs may be charged.
Summary
By placing a custom-made order, you understand and accept that:
- production and delivery only begin after full payment and complete submission of all required information;
- all delivery times are estimates;
- requested deadlines are taken into account during planning but do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates;
- all communication and expected production, shipment and delivery dates are indicative;
- production planning may change during manufacturing;
- it is not possible to proactively provide individual production updates for every order;
- you are responsible for determining whether the risk of a possible delay is acceptable for your situation;
- delayed delivery does not entitle you to cancellation, a full refund or reimbursement of additional costs, except where mandatory law provides otherwise;
- if the Express or Super Express delivery time is not achieved, only the paid Express surcharge will be refunded;
- custom-made products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
By placing your order, you confirm that you have read, understood and consciously accept these delivery terms, including the possibility that a custom-made order may be delivered later than desired.
