1. Meet
In our first interview, you will discuss your wishes for designing or printing your triathlon clothing with us. We explain all the possibilities to you and make a definitive offer based on this conversation.
2. Design
Our designer will start the design process after you accepted our offer. Within a few days, you will receive the first designs of your own custom triathlon team wear. After this first version, you will be given the opportunity to give the designers some feedback. Eventually, the designer will present the final design.
3. Fit
If you wish, you may use our sample clothing set for free or you can use our size charts to determine the correct sizes. We can give fitting advise at any time. We guarantee that the sizes in our size chart correspond with the actual triathlon clothing, since we have experience with this for many years.
4. Order
After determining the sizes, will we proceed to the actual production of your clothing. After accepting our offer and accepting our order terms, you will receive an invoice with a deposit of 50% of the total order amount. After we have received the deposit, the production or printing of your custom triathlon wear will start.
5. Impress
We will send your clothing to you within 3-4 weeks after you made the deposit. After delivery, you will receive a final invoice of the remaining 50%. Now you are ready to impress and show your clothing to the world!
