1. Questions about prices/quotes

How do I edit a quote?

In the interactive quote, you can add or remove products yourself. You can also easily adjust quantities. If you are satisfied with your quote, you can start the design process directly from the quote. Fill in your preferences and soon receive a non-binding proposal from our designers. Need assistance? What are the group/tiered discounts?

You can view the tiered prices on the product pages and in the quote for each product. The prices include VAT, shipping, and design costs. This ensures that you are never surprised.

Can I mix and match between the clothing lines?

That’s not a problem. With us, you can get each item in a separate line. This way, you can mix and match endlessly between different clothing lines.

Can I still modify an order that I've placed?

We aim to be as flexible as possible. Once production has started, unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to the design. However, sometimes we can adjust quantities. Please send us a message as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will see what we can do. Of course, invoice details and delivery addresses can still be updated.

Can I expand my design to include more products?

Absolutely! We’d love to expand your design to include all the products you want.

Can you create a logo?

We’d be happy to do that. Usually, this is free of charge. Ask the designer working on your design about the possibilities.

Can I download a template to design myself?

That’s definitely possible. We recommend contacting us via [email protected] to request the templates. We’ll then send you the templates (in .ai format). These templates are editable using Adobe Illustrator.”

Which colors can I choose?

You can choose from all CMYK, RGB, and Pantone colors. If you’ve found a nice color but you’re not sure which color model it is, send us the color, and we’ll figure it out for you.

Which file format should the logos be?

We prefer to receive logos in source file formats such as: .ai, .eps, .svg. Don’t have these? Usually not a problem!

We can often work with high-quality logos in formats such as PDF, JPEG, or PNG. Don’t have logos in the above file formats? Send us your logos so we can evaluate them. Additionally, we also offer the option to create a simple logo for you. This is often free of charge.

Why do you use Pantone colors?

Modern textile printing machines only work with Pantone colors. Pantone color codes help ensure color consistency across different products. If you have a CMYK, RGB, or other color code, let us know. We will then find the closest matching Pantone color code. Please note that for some colors, there may not be an exact Pantone match, and in such cases, we will choose a color that is very close, ensuring you still get a beautiful outfit.

3. Questions about sizing

How do I determine my size?

Then you can always use our size chart. This ensures the right size selection. Don’t hesitate, and if you measure well, the size will fit. If, unexpectedly, it doesn’t fit perfectly afterwards, but you can prove that you followed the size advice, you’ll receive new clothing for free. Can’t figure it out? How do I request fitting clothes?

We hardly send fitting clothes anymore because we have developed a better alternative. Fitting clothes stretch over time, but our smart size configurator has solved this. By using the smart size configurator, you have a 100% guarantee of your size. Measure accurately, and you will always get the right size. It works better than fitting clothes, really:). 4. Delivery

What is the status of my order?

You can always simply send an email to [email protected] to request an update on the delivery. If your delivery has been in transit for less than 3 weeks, we kindly ask for your patience.

Can I place a rush order?

Is it urgent? Discuss expedited order options with us by calling our sales contact number below. In some cases, we can deliver orders within 1 week. We’ll find out the fastest possible delivery time for you. Please note that additional charges may apply for expedited orders.

Do I receive a track & trace?

After an average of 1 to 3 weeks, your package from our production arrives in the Netherlands. You’ll receive a track & trace once the package is registered in the Netherlands. Typically, you’ll receive your clothing within 24 hours via PostNL after that.

What is the delivery time?

We strive to deliver orders within an average of 1 to 3 weeks. The delivery time starts from the moment payment is received. We cannot provide firm guarantees because we rely on third parties for shipping, and during busy periods, there may be slight delays.

5. Guarantees & Care Instructions

How long is the warranty period?

When used correctly, the clothing will last for years. However, it is essential to use and wash it properly. If your clothing is damaged due to a technical fault within a year, please send a photo of the damaged item to [email protected] along with a brief description of your complaint, and we will find a solution!”

How should I wash my clothing?

It’s incredibly important to wash your clothing correctly. Therefore, please read the washing advice here to keep your clothing beautiful for a long time.

6. Reorder

How do reorders work?

At our company, you can reorder from 1 piece upwards. Order via your customer portal or send us an email expressing your desire to reorder to [email protected]. One of our colleagues will then send you an order link so you can place a new order from there. We have saved your design for you, so you can expect us to use the same design.

What chamois pads are used in the shorts?

Nothing is as bothersome as saddle soreness. That’s why we only use the highest quality chamois pads. Even our ‘basic’ chamois pads are above average, and as you move up to higher tiers, the quality of the chamois pad will increase. We exclusively collaborate with brands like Dolomiti and Elastic Interface in this regard. Guaranteed professional quality.

Differences between women's and men's clothing

In many cases, a men’s and women’s body are not the same. That’s why we have special fits for both men and women. Women’s clothing is slightly more tailored to better fit the body. Additionally, the size charts are also somewhat different. Therefore, always refer to the size chart that is suitable for you.

7. Invoices

Can I have an invoice split?

Absolutely! Please inform your contact person via email about the amount you wish to see per invoice. For each invoice, we would like to receive the company name, email address, and billing address.

Can I have an invoice adjusted?

Of course! You can send this request to [email protected]. Let us know by email what changes you would like, and we’ll make sure you receive a new invoice.

Can I add something to my invoice?

Of course! You can send this request to [email protected]. Let us know by email what you would like to add, and we’ll make sure you receive a new invoice.

Can I shift the VAT?

That’s possible. Provide us with a valid VAT number. You can verify this on the European Commission’s website using this link. Afterward, we’ll ensure that this VAT number is placed on the invoice and that no VAT is calculated on the total amount of the invoice.
